  5. A honey side outside reflects the heat and will not burn your product reverse it a honey inside will make things cook faster and possible burn your food, but your double wrapping which is no need, waiting foil

  6. Made our first foil packets last weekend when we went camping. Turned out ok. I like the tips you have given. I might even invest in those gloves to turn the packets instead of tongs.

  7. We always put a little bit of water in the foil pack, with some butter. Not much water, just enough to kind of steam things in there. The water helps prevent burning, and helps the flavors blend. If you put meat in there, like hamburger, the water makes a little bit of gravy.
