Peach paper or foil?

I’m going to hopefully do a brisket in the next week or so. I’ve always foiled and never used paper.
Anyone think one is better than the other?
Is it worth trying? Or should I just stick with what I know?

  1. Butcher paper for me 100% give it a try, I think you’ll be happy with the results!

  2. I didn’t notice much difference at all to be honest. I moved to butcher paper about a year ago as I brought shed loads. But wouldn’t worry me if I ran out.

  3. I use butcher paper on choice and prime briskets. For select briskets I tend to use foil to help with moisture 👌 good luck trying it out

  4. I typically use peach paper, but I’ll also a generous splash of beef broth and some extra seasoning on it for a little extra moisture
