  19. FYI- corn trick. Put the original whole corn … husk, silks and all in the microwave three minutes. The husks and silks will all slide off clean as whistle after they cook/ steam in the microwave.:)

  20. WHAAAT! Sam the cooking guy Curses? I grew up watching you in Southern California…..To learn English, my father used to tell me to write down everything you said on TV…EVERYTHING…! Epecially names of ingredients and their origin….SAM, Do you know how frightening it is to spell SAUTE, ASPARAGUS or BARBEQUE when you are first learning English? The following day, I had to go to the library, make a spreadsheet about the words with their photos, and ingredients with their uses. EVERY Sunday Night, I had to make a presentation about YOUR last COOKING show, the words and Ingredients you used and lessons learned! This was my sordid childhood; thank you Sam 🙂
