Hey Markus, hab's heute nachgemacht….war hervorragend, super Rezept, leider ist schon alles weggespachtelt zsss….Hatte mir allerdings den anfänglichen Trocknungsschritt und den am Schluss im Backofen gespart indem ich nach und nach beim Räuchern die Temp. auf ca. 60-65 Grad ansteigen ließ, bis das Fleisch schön trocken war. Das mach ich nochmal, aber dann mit noch mehr Fleisch hehehe

  4. Hello. Does your jerky come out soft just like Jack Links? I'm wondering if the cold smoke is the way to get it soft, moist, and tender like store-bought.

  5. Thanks for the video. I love making jerky but have never had a go at smoking it as well. I usually just dry in out slowly in the oven. Just finished building my cold smoker (use ProQ generator) and fancy some smoked jerky tomorrow. Can't beat it and certainly can't compare it the the shop bought stuff. Keep up with the vids, I think I've watched two of yours today.
