  1. You made the same mistake I made when I first done my jerk chicken on the grill the second time I done it I made a jerk pace and put it on the chicken whole lot better and congratulations with your viewership

  2. I just got a pit barrel and watching videos on the cooks done on the pbc. I like you videos and when I saw your Saints fleece I said that’s a great guy. I live in New Orleans and a die hard Saints fan. Are you in New Orleans.

  3. Hay Bad Beast I think if you were to put a dome led on the pit barrow you could have more room for another rack on top so you can cook more food, I think the led from the jumbo Joe would fit your pit barrow. I want a T-Shirt.

  4. Great video and the wings look good. I marinate my wings in Walkerswood between 24 and 36 hrs. I believe that's the reason your wings were a bit bland. They still looked damn good though. I'm also a new subscriber. Keep the videos coming and thank you for sharing.

  5. Great video. Sometimes it is nice to learn more about "star" of the show. And I liked the shout outs to other youtube channels. I subscribe to the first 4 you mentioned and will check out the other. I'd recommend a Big Green Egg for your grill arsenal. But mine often sits on the side while the Weber, the Pit Barrel and the PK grill get used. Of course they sit on the side while Big Green fires up. My wife tolerates the grill addiction but that might be because she likes me out of the house.
