  1. Looks great! It seems you eat a lot of pulled chicken Brian. I was thinking early this weekend; what if I made Chicken Salad with pulled chicken. I often make chicken salad with grilled chicken breasts all cut up but never pulled chicken. So have you? If so, was it good? What was the consistency like? Could you still spread it easy on a sandwich? If you haven’t, I will soon. If you are interested in a a pulled chicken salad collaboration, I’m game.
