  5. I would eat them for sure but your lack of effort on them is disconcerting……….Little splash of Mayo/Siracha sauce mix on the bun but would have worked. Still I agree whole heartedly about the cheese and have seen a few burgers cooked off on U-TUBE when the cheese was just placed on not cooked with the burger and melted……….I even seen Daym Drops review a burger and the cheese was like straight out the fridge and he was going crazy how good it was?

  6. I do not like not perfect edges. Oh never knew of indentation. Cool. Tyvm. Ok olive oil.mines is fire coals portable. I like well done. Meatloaf funny stuff. Indedd agree ! Love you toast bread.

  7. Does it matter ifYou put it indentation Side first or non-indentation down First?

  8. – season just before you put them on the grill. Looks like this guy seasoned then a few minutes before going on the grill. Big no no.
    – SEASONED SIDE DOWN FIRST. Then season the other side.

If I had done exactly what this guy did… there would have been huge flames from the olive oil and fat causing me to move the burgers all over… and they would have still been bloody in that short of time …. there is no one solution for all when it comes to burgers… the grill has a huge impact as well as the temp outside

  13. The grill need to be screaming hot.
    Me: Turns up all the way. Puts burgers on closes the lid. Sets a 5 min timer.

    Me: 3 minutes and fire is pouring out of the grill. I’m to short to lift the lid without the flames burning my arm.

    Son: Luckily my son walks up and is able to lift the lid!!!

    Son: saves the day and the burgers 🍔

  15. Red meat is bland on it's own, gotta add more than salt and pepper bud!

  16. The perfect burger is packed with (inside and out) onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, lemon pepper, oregano, and Worcestershire to pull it all together. Fight me. Extra flavors just make more of a burger.

  17. What about adding flavors to the burger? We don't do that! Now the next step is to add the olive oil flavor so the salt and pepper flavors stick to the burger.

  19. I'm so worried lol. I cook on a cheap charcoal grill all the time. My wife bought me a $400 gas grill for my birthday. Now shes invited everyone over for burgers 🤦‍♂️

    Yes, lightly butter the bun before toasting. For a little extra kick of flavor, add a little garlic and make it a garlic toasted bun. Good stuff!
